Remote/Online Computer Repair “Terms and Conditions”

I (Client) agree to pay Call Connect Repair (CCR) to repair, analyze and troubleshoot my computer at a rate of $99 per hour. Our minimum charge is $39. We offer hourly, flat rate and subscription packages.

Payment is due prior to the remote/online call:
First we must do a free computer diagnostic to evaluate the repair that needs to be done. We will recommend the most cost effective service to secure and optimize your computer. Payment for service needs to be paid up front before we start work on your computer. The payment you make will depend on hourly or flat rate service. If hourly is selected then you will pay one hour up front the amount of $99. Your credit card payment will be pre-authorized using pay pal prior to the support call beginning. CCR will work in a timely manner to fix your computer problem. Please understand that some problems take troubleshooting time if we troubleshoot the problem offline then you won’t be charged for that time but if do troubleshooting while online then that time will be billed. In some case your computer may need to be taken either to our shop or to a recommend shop in your area. If we help you out by installing some free programs, this does not include free support and training. If these programs don’t work out we ask you to simply remove from your computer or we can remove for you at regular billed rates.

Virus Removals:
I also certify that I will indemnify hold harmless, and will pay for added support to CCR for any software repairs necessary to be removed and need to be reinstalled the software must be provided by the customer with appropriate licensing. Viruses can corrupt, removed and damage files, folders and software. We cannot control what may happen to your computer infected by a virus and you agree to hold CCR from any damages cause by a computer infection {viruses, malware, spyware, adware, rootkits and bots and parasites}. You as a computer owner should maintain a good back up of your entire computer or at least the important documents, pictures, music and video etc. Prior to CCR working on your computer the backups should be in your possession. We offer backup solutions and can help you set up a backup service of your important personal data for a fee. We offer 30 day guarantee on our virus/malware removals. If you suspect any instance returning then immediately call CCR. There resides no 100% protection for any computer new or old the internet is a mine field of viruses. The best way to keep your computer from getting infected is have a maintenance service with CCR, and be careful what you click on and download.

Confidentiality Agreement:
Any private information stored on your computer or viewed by our computer repair technicians during a remote support call will be held confidential unless require by law. Due to the requirements of the repair, if approved by you, we will back up to help protect your data. Please understand that backups can sometimes not restore properly you agree to hold CCR from any damages that may happen from a backup. This also incurs a fee we will inform you of the amount of fee for the recommended backup. If we back up your data to one of our external hard drives then we will keep for three days before erasing to have some insurance in cases something were to go wrong. If you would like your data backup to our online backup service we will explain the cost and features to you.
